Refund policy
Start your return through our Returns Portal within 30 days of delivery. All items must be unused, unwashed, and have all original tags still attached. Items must also be free of pet hair, dirt, and odor.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges (if any were paid) are non-refundable.
If your item arrived damaged, it must be reported via email to hello@wulliewear.com within 10 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.
