RETURNS
We hope you and your pup love your Wullie Wear gear, but if something doesn’t work out, here’s how returns work:
Start your return through our Returns Portal.
Once your return is approved, a prepaid return shipping label will be emailed to you. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
All returns must meet these conditions:

Item is unused and unwashed

All original tags are still attached and the item is returned in its original packaging

Item is free of wear, dirt, and pet hair

Item is free of odors (including perfume, deodorizer, smoke, and similar scents)
For health and hygiene reasons, items that come back worn or used, covered in hair, or with any odor will not be accepted.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be ineligible for a refund.
If this happens, we will contact you. You can choose to have the item shipped back by covering the return postage. Otherwise, the item will not be sent back and no refund will be issued.
Markdown sale items and gift cards are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. Bundles with automatic discounts follow our standard return policy.
Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 10 days of delivery by emailing hello@wulliewear.com with your order number and clear photos so we can get it resolved for you as quickly as possible.
Refunds are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Please note: It may take additional time for your refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing times.

United States Shipping
We offer straightforward shipping within the United States.
Standard Shipping: $6.50
Free Shipping: Orders $65 and up
Delivery Time: Typically 3 to 8 business days
Customers can also choose faster shipping at checkout. These upgraded options are paid for by the customer, and the exact cost will appear at checkout based on your location and package weight.
Canada Shipping
We currently ship within the United States and Canada. We do not ship to other international locations at this time.
Canada customers pay their shipping cost at checkout.
In addition, Canadian customs may charge duties, taxes, or import fees when your order arrives. These fees are separate from your shipping charge and are collected by Canadian customs, not by Wullie Wear.
