Q: How do I figure out my dog’s size?
A: You can find our full size chart on the Sizing and Care page. We always recommend measuring your dog’s neck and chest before ordering to make sure you get the best fit. If your pup is between sizes, we suggest sizing up for comfort.

Q: Can I find Wullie Wear in stores or locally?
A: Wullie Wear is currently available online, with occasional appearances at select markets and shows. As we grow, we plan to expand into additional retail locations and partnerships. Follow us on Instagram and Facebook @wulliewear and join our email list below to stay updated on upcoming events and retail launches.

Q: Do you ship outside the United States?
A: Yes. We ship outside the contiguous United States and worldwide. Shipping costs and times vary by location and will be shown at checkout. Customers are responsible for paying any applicable shipping fees, customs duties, or import taxes for international orders.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Start your return through our Returns Portal within 30 days of delivery. All items must be unused, unwashed, and have all original tags still attached. Items must also be free of pet hair, dirt, and odor. For full details, see the Shipping and Returns page.

Q: How long will it take for my order to ship?
A: Orders typically ship within 1 to 4 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is on the way.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect? 
A: Email hello@wulliwear.com within 10 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will take care of it as quickly as possible.
